Payments must be made by card or transfer prior to treatment.

Gift Certificates are available and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Please contact me for more information.

Cancellation Policy 
If you need to cancel an appointment, as much advance notice is appreciated – so that your booked time can be made available for someone else. Please note that should you have to cancel at short notice, the following charges will be applied:-

• Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours notice – 50% of the fee

• Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice – 100% of the fee

• If you fail to attend your appointment – 100% of the fee will be invoiced
